BerensteinAmerican Journal of Neuroradiology October 2021, 42 (10) 1859-1864; DOI: https://doi.org/10.3174/ajnr.A7260
The proposed radiographic grading scale demonstrates excellent interrater reliability. Adoption of this new scale can standardize reported outcomes following sclerotherapy for head and neck lymphatic malformation and may aid in the investigation of future questions regarding optimal management of these lesions.

FRED has proved to be a safe and effective tool, with high occlusion rates. The design of the stent makes it more difficult to perform balloon angioplasty compared with similar devices. A branch arising from the aneurysm sac was found to be a predictor of nonocclusion at 12 months.
