AB  - SUMMARY: Astroblastoma is a rare astrocytic glial neoplasm that affects mainly young girls, peaking between 10 and 30 years of age, with low- and high-grade manifestations. Imaging characteristics are well-described, but histopathologic and, more recently, molecular analysis is fundamental to establish the diagnosis, now based on MN1 alterations.
