MR spectroscopy revealed normal metabolite ratios and unremarkable spectra. Pathologic tissue showed CAA and CAA with angitis of the CNS. Tumefactive CAA is a rare condition, and we describe its characteristics at MR spectroscopy and diffusion-weighted imaging.
