Hyponatremic seizures and a mild headache prompted early neuroimaging, which disclosed an enlarged nonhemorrhagic pituitary gland with subsequent involution consistent with pituitary apoplexy (Sheehan syndrome). Endocrinologic investigation confirmed a partial pituitary insufficiency with subsequent improvement to almost normal status.
