AB  - Summary: Double origin of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) has rarely been demonstrated by angiography in the peer-reviewed literature. Of the three previous reports, this PICA variant arose from the left vertebral artery. We report a right-sided, double-origin PICA.
