Neuroradiol.2007 Oct 01; 28 AB - SUMMARY: Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LA) is a rare angiocentric lymphoreticular proliferative disease that primarily involves the lungs but may also involve extrapulmonary sites including the central nervous system, skin, and kidneys. It is rare for this condition to affect children, and presentation as a cerebellar mass is unusual. In this report, we describe a 10-year-old girl with biopsy-proved cerebellar LA.
