AB  - Cerebral vasospasm was demonstrated with MR angiography in a patient with preeclampsia. MR angiography 5 days after the onset of symptoms clearly demonstrated diffuse intracranial vasospasm. The follow-up study confirmed the resolution of vasospasm successfully.
