Occlusion grades were as follows: I, complete angiographic occlusion, no neck remnant, approximately 100%; II, subtotal occlusion, coils at the neck but some body filling or small neck remnant, approximately 95–99%; and III, incomplete occlusion, residual aneurysm body filling or sizable neck remnant or coil compaction, <95%.
