- Multiparametric Characterization and Spatial Distribution of Different MS Lesion Phenotypes
Lesion phenotype (ie, different levels of axonal and myelin loss and spatial distribution) was characterized using quantitative susceptibility mapping, susceptibility-weighted imaging, T1-relaxometry, myelin mapping, and diffusion MRI. A more severe disease course was observed in hyperintense and paramagnetic rim lesions in the periventricular white matter.
- Ten Years of VASARI Glioma Features: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Their Impact and Performance
Visually Accessible Rembrandt Images (VASARI) is a standardized reporting system for gliomas that combines MRI features (eg, enhancement pattern and location). This meta-analysis found that overall survival is predicted by multifocality, ependymal invasion, and enhancing tumor crossing the midline. However, due to the heterogeneity of studies, IDH mutation prediction remains uncertain.
