Due to an oversight, the author affiliations for the article “Predominant Cerebellar Volume Loss as a Neuroradiologic Feature of Pediatric Respiratory Chain Defects” in the August 2005 issue (AJNR Am J Neuroradiol 2005;26:1675–1680) were incorrect. These should be:

Also in this article, a sentence in the third paragraph in the left column of page 1679 was incorrect. It should be:
