Sagittal T2WI (A), sagittal T1WI (B), axial T2WI (C), axial T1WI (D), and contrast-enhanced axial T1WI (E). There is an intramedullary cervical spinal cord lesion with heterogeneous central high T2 signal and a marked T2-hypointense peripheral rim. There is patchy central enhancement after contrast administration. There is a dilated central canal with high T1 signal intensity fluid, in keeping with hematomyelia.
