Coronal T2WI (A), T2-FLAIR (B), and axial CE-T1WI (C). There are small bilateral clusters of dilated perivascular spaces in the anterior perforated substance that do not suppress on FLAIR and show subtle perivasuclar enhancement. There is nonobstructing hydrocephalus and ependymal enhancement in keeping with an infectious ventriculitis.
