FC contrast between control and patient groups. Left and right MTS was associated with the most widespread, bilateral FC decreases compared with controls. FC changes between the ipsilesional HC and all other supratentorial ROIs show weaker connectivity to the superior frontal gyrus (SFG) in both patients with left and right MTS compared with controls. In left MTS, visual areas and the right temporal pole are also affected. In right MTS, left temporal, right parietal, and bilateral frontal areas show significant FC decreases.
