- Supplemental Online Video 1 - The intraoperative video from patient 2 shows an endoscopic view through the right nostril after resection of the middle nasal concha and opening of the ethmoidal cells. The defect with CSF leakage is visible with yellow-green discoloration by fluorescein and typical pulsation before closure.
- Supplemental Online Video 2 - Intraoperative video from patient 5, left suboccipital approach, with the patient in the supine position and the head turned 90� to the right side. The patient had previous reoperation for recurrent vestibular schwannoma with intraoperative covering of a small defect of the petrous bone. Inferior border of the video: medially retracted cerebellum. Superior border: petrous bone and internal auditory canal. After removing the covering muscle flap, the bony defect of the petrous bone posterocranially from the internal auditory canal is visible. Defect repair was achieved by two layers of free muscle flap, which were applied into the bony defect as well as an onlay graft to the posterior aspect of the internal auditory canal and by additional augmentation with nearly clear fibrin glue.
