    Representative case. Cerebral angiography reveals a left internal carotid–anterior choroidal artery bifurcation aneurysm (A) and a small thrombus, indicated by the arrow after placement of coils (B). Head CT on admission shows a subarachnoid hemorrhage with lobar hemorrhage (C). Head CT after the procedure does not show any leakage of contrast, but enlargement of the existing parenchymal temporal lobar hemorrhage is observed (D).
